Cottage Cakes

Cottage Cakes

1  Cup  Cottage Cheese
4  Eggs,  beaten
4  Tbsp  Butter, melted
1/2  Cup  Flour

Whisk together the first three ingredients.
Fold in the flour.
Bake on pancake griddle, using medium-high heat.
Serve with maple syrup or jam.

Serves 2.
